Kris
Winders

Kris has worked as an outpatient physical therapist since graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2006. From 2008-2015 he was Clinic Manager of an outpatient clinic on Daniel Island, South Carolina. During his time in South Carolina, Kris gained experience in all aspects of outpatient therapy, and worked with a wide range of clients from children to geriatrics. He also picked up a certification as a Mulligan Practitioner, one of only 3 physical therapists in KY with this certification.
Kris is very familiar with the Lexington community, as he is a 2002 graduate of Transylvania University. He’s extremely grateful for the opportunity to share his knowledge and passion for injury prevention and recovery with Lexington, and he and his wife are excited to raise their 2 boys in the Big Blue Nation. He prides himself in running a clinic that is friendly, upbeat, and fun. Just because you’re in pain, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time! He is honored that you’ll allow him to assist you on your path to healing, hopefully helping you smile along the way.
